3. Can NetKyaad be used to make telephone calls?
  No. NetKyaad only offers Internet access.
   
4. Is NetKyaad subject to any other charges?
  Yes. GCT charges are to be added to the value of the card when purchase is made.
5. Does NetKyaad attract any set-up or connection fee?
  No. The only other charge to be considered when using NetKyaad is the dial-up access telephone cost.*
   
6. Can un-used balances be transferred to a new NetKyaad?
  No. This facility is not presently available.
   
7. When the credit expires, can NetKyaad be re-charged?
  Balances cannot be transferred to new cards.
   
8. Can a NetKyaad User ID and Password be saved
and used after the card expires?
  No. Each time that a new card is purchased, the User ID Password change according to the stipulation on the card.
   
9. Can a NetKyaad be used more than once?
  Yes. As long as there is more than $1.00 credit, it can be used.
   
10. What type of computer and operating system
can NetKyaad be used on?
  NetKyaad is compatible with Intel workstations using Microsoft operating systems as well as Mac operating systems.**
